• These insoles cannot be washed due to the materials used. They have a thickness of 0.16 inches. The amount of space for your foot may decrease depending on the type of shoe they are used in. It is advised to wear them in snug shoes at home for a minimum of 30 minutes before wearing them outside. If they cause discomfort, consider testing a different shoe style.

Try not to trim them too small to prevent slippage, or leave too big to avoid cramping in the shoe.
